Blue Fada 115 Catalin RadioThis gorgeous blue catalin fada model 115 tube radio is intensely marblezied throughout. There is one small flaw on one of the grill bars, a modest nick and hairline on 1 bar only unfortunate but very minor and literally unseen when normally viewing the radio. To eb accurate, the chip or flake is 1/2 way through the bar and narrows to a faint sliver. Aside from this small concern, the radio is stunning and one of the best examples of this rare color i've sene or had in years. The 115 si the earlier of the 2 bullet style fadas, the foil dial with large roman numeral is well preserved and the full 115 label is intact on the bottom the knobs may not be quite correct but they are originals catalin or bakelite and look outstanding they are loose on the posts. There are no cracks or other flaws on this set, it is 100% original from an estate. The cord looks sound and the chassis appears complete, the original back is loose i have not plugged it into an outlet too many flare-ups in the past with electronics. A rare and visually exciting example of this classic art deco radio with professional restoration one could bring this back to rich, swirling hues of blue ro leave it oxidized as it has occurred naturally either way it's a beauty.
